PARAGON:  A model of excellence; a peerless example

Paragon Arts is a non-profit organization dedicated to using the performing arts to understand and impact the relationship between faith and the many cultures that constitute the American way of life in order to promote dialogue and solve real-world problems.

Excellence is a process rather than an individual act.  It is a quest rather than a single destination.  Artists achieve excellence not by virtue of being excellent artists but through a collaborative and committed process of discovery and rehearsal.  As writers, directors, actors, designers, musicians, dancers, builders, ushers, stage managers, and audience members, we come together to create dynamic presentations that reflect the reality of modern living while pointing to the paragon of God's love.

We hope that our stage will become a platform for authentic interfaith and cross-cultural collaboration - never attempting to belittle our differences, but always striving to enhance the conversation.  Together, we aim not only to set the stage for insightful and moving works of art, but also to provide a safe and challenging arena that inspires our participants to unlock the deepest callings of their hearts and to stand firm amid the storm.
